Program Overview
The objective of this program is to turn your flabby and soft physique into a strong, lean and athletic frame. This program is rooted in resistance band training. It's a hypertrophy program which focuses on torching fat, and developing lean, functional muscle mass. The beauty of resistance bands is they are lightweight, portable and can be utilised in any setting - home, holiday or even at your local park. This program is perfect for the time poor.
Program Snapshot:
- All you need to commit is 5 x 30 minute workouts a week over 12 weeks.
- You will learn to master 60+ exercises. We have no doubt you'll be able to utilise these exercises for the rest of your life.
- We will provide you with a 12 week program, including video tutorials, exercise breakdowns, educational content and mentality tips.

Essential Tools for this Program
Resistance bands are very cheap and readily available. The easiest way to acquire these bands is from us , if you prefer to get your own they are readily available on websites like Amazon or your local athletic retailers. We use 5 different bands with varying resistances in our program so we recommend getting a bundle of 5 bands. Most stock standard bands will have a very similar resistance profile to our bands. Below is the resistance profile we recommend:
- X Light: 2kg-7kg (4 pounds - 15 pounds)
- -Light: 5kg-15kg (11 pounds- 24 pounds)
- -Medium: 10kg-20kg (22lbs-44 pounds)
- -Heavy: 30kg-50kg (66lbs-110pounds)
- -X Heavy: 60kg-90kg (132lbs-200lbs)
